EVENT REGISTRATION
Prices for the 2014 Theatre Forum are still to be determined. 
In 2013, the cost for event registration was $120 for the complete weekend of events (Friday night through Sunday morning, or $75.00 for Saturday events only (this includes the picnic lunch).

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

Registrants for the Theatre Forum can make arrangements to spend Friday and Saturday nights on campus at Festival Hill. Accommodations range from the elegant Log House to the quaint and cozy Bed and Breakfast-style rooms of Menke House. These lovely facilities have the option of  twin, double or queen-sized beds. Slightly further afield are the accommodations built to house the musicians and students who are in residence for eight weeks every summer. These include the recently built Artist’s Residences, ideal for those wanting to walk in the woods and pastures and hear the birds sing in the morning. The Garvey Grishom rooms, the Dorm rooms, and the Great Shed  provide more rustic accommodation. All these rooms include two to four twin beds.
Cost of overnight accommodations includes breakfast in the Menke House Dining Room and has started in the past at $90.00.

MEALS AT THE THEATRE FORUM

One of the delights of the Theatre Forum is the extraordinary food.  Chef John Reynolds follows the theme of each Forum, so we will anticipate and elegant panoply of German-inspired dishes, served in the Menke Dining Room.

On Saturday, the noon meal will be offered in the gardens behind Menke House (weather permitting).  We will enjoy a delicious luncheon al fresco, where the presenters and the audience have a chance to interact in a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere.

2013 Prices:
Friday Dinner    $44.36 per person
Saturday Picnic Lunch   $31.69 per person
Saturday Reception/Dinner   $50.70 per person



All events are held on Round Top Festival Institute’s campus, located 1/2 mile north of Round 
Top on State Highway 237 at Jaster Rd. The address is 248 Jaster Rd., Round Top, TX 78954.

Proceeds from the Theatre Forum benefit the Institute’s Arts and Humanities programs. 
Enrollment is limited. Reservations are required for all Theatre Forum events.
